Administrative Assistant
Under the direct supervision of the CEO this position provides administrative and secretarial support for the company. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as financial record keeping, payroll, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.
Handyman
The Handyman tasks includes but not limited to assisting with basic carpentry skills, cleaning and performing light repairs, installations /repair of appliances, touch up and light painting.

Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)

Undertake light installation or carpeting (e.g. build cabinets)

Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs

Carpenter
The Entry Carpenter / Laborer tasks includes but not limited to assisting with basic carpentry skills, cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, cleaning up rubble and debris, and removing waste materials.
Essential Functions

Basic Carpentry skills. Assist with installing of interior finishes, included but not limited to cabinets, custom staircases, handrails etc.

Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards. Dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations.

May operate a variety of hand and power tools

Loads and unloads trucks and hauls materials.

Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the foreman, safety director or HR manager.
Hours of Work
This is a nonexempt 40 hours full time position who will report to the site manager. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position might require additional overtime hours as needed.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment. The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
General Laborer
Classification: Non- exempt
Reports to: Site Manager/ Project Manager
The general laborer performs tasks included but not limited to cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, may operate a variety of hand and power tools, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, clean up rubble and debris, and remove waste materials. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
Essential Functions
Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy/highway construction projects; performs manual work in preparing surfaces for paving.
